The Manager CRM & Sales plays a crucial role in overseeing the CRM and Sales teams to ensure smooth customer relationship management, efficient revenue collection, and successful sales closures. Your main focus will be on cultivating long-term client relationships, driving collections, and assisting the sales team in finalizing deals. This role requires maturity, strong leadership skills, and a customer-centric approach. You will lead the CRM team in managing customer relationships post-sale, handling grievances tactfully, and providing timely resolutions while maintaining professionalism. Collaborating with the sales team, you will offer guidance and support during the negotiation stage, personally engaging with potential clients to understand their needs, address concerns, and close deals effectively. Developing strategies to meet and exceed sales targets, coordinating with the marketing team for lead generation, and analyzing sales data for process enhancements are also part of your responsibilities. Managing channel partners, clients, and stakeholders, generating leads, nurturing client relationships, measuring sales team performance, and reporting to management for improvements are key aspects of your role. Leading and mentoring both CRM and Sales teams to align with company goals, fostering collaboration between teams, conducting regular performance reviews, and ensuring accountability are essential for team leadership. Preparing and presenting reports on CRM activities, collections, and sales performance to senior management, monitoring and optimizing CRM tools for efficiency, ensuring policy compliance, and providing feedback for policy enhancements based on market and client interactions are crucial tasks. Ultimately, you are responsible for guiding sales teams to achieve sales targets.
