Manager Sales

• Drive domestic & international sales growth for ball pen tips.
• Build & manage strong client relationships with OEMs and distributors.
• Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets.
• Provide market insights and competitor analysis for strategy building.
• Collaborate with R&D/Production for customer requirements & product alignment.
• Lead, mentor, and monitor sales team performance.

Key Requirements

• Education: B.Tech / BE (Mechanical) & MBA/PGDM in Sales & Marketing from a recognized Institute/ University is preferred.
• Experience: 10+ years in sales (preferably precision components/writing instruments/engineering products).
• Strong technical knowledge, sales acumen & negotiation skills.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
• Willingness to travel extensively (domestic & international).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
