Your Tasks
Overall responsibility for financial accounting and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual closingsLead cost center accounting and preparation of Statement of Income (SOI) in line with IFRS and group policiesOversee month-end activities including accruals, provisions, cost allocations, and balance sheet reconciliationsReview and approve general ledger postings, journals, and reconciliationsCoordinate and review preparation of financial statements as per Local GAAP and IFRSEnsure accuracy and integrity of financial statements, cash flow reports, and performance analysisAct as primary contact for statutory auditors, internal auditors, and regulatory bodiesEnsure strong internal controls and compliance with audit and company requirementsGovern SAP FI, CO, and SD integration and master data (G/L and cost centers)Drive automation, system enhancements, and continuous improvement within RTROversee Accounts Payable processes, payment runs, intercompany reconciliations, and PTP KPI compliance with shared service centersAct as Accounting Business Partner to Commercial, Operations, and Finance teamsPresent financial results, variance analysis, and insights to senior managementLead and develop RTR team members and participate in global finance transformation projectsYour ProfileQualified Chartered Accountant (CA) mandatory10+ years of progressive experience in Record to Report (RTR) / General Ledger accountingStrong exposure to Accounts Payable (PTP) processes and intercompany accountingExtensive experience in IFRS and Local GAAP reportingHands-on experience in SAP ERP environment with FI/CO as mandatory modulesStrong leadership and people management capabilitiesExcellent analytical, review, and problem-solving skillsStrong communication and presentation skills with experience working with global stakeholdersStructured, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven working styleAt Beiersdorf, we want to help people feel good about their skin and our commitment goes far beyond caring for skin.
