Manager- RFP

As the RFP Specialist at NetCom Learning, you will play a vital role in supporting the company's efforts to secure business through high-quality Request for Proposal (RFP) responses in India, UAE, and US markets. Your responsibilities will include managing the entire lifecycle of the RFP process, collaborating with internal stakeholders, and ensuring the timely submission of compelling and compliant proposals that highlight NetCom Learning's offerings. You will be responsible for analyzing incoming RFPs, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and developing engaging RFP responses that meet client requirements. Your role will involve drafting executive summaries, technical content, and value propositions, as well as maintaining a repository of reusable content to streamline future responses. Additionally, you will serve as the primary point of contact for client interactions during the RFP process, ensuring compliance with client specifications and legal requirements. Your ability to proactively identify RFP opportunities, assess risks, and collaborate with internal teams will be crucial to your success in this role. To qualify for this position, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, along with 3-5 years of experience in an RFP Specialist or Proposal Writing role. Experience with RFP processes for clients in India, UAE, and/or US markets is highly desirable. Strong writing, editing, and project management skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems, are also required.
