Manager - Revenue Management

Role Overview: As a Strategic Pricing Manager, your role will involve cross-functional team collaboration, analytical thinking, and effective coordination to make Pricing & Pack Price decisions that enhance NRR (Net Revenue Realization). Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement Foods Pack-Price x Channel Strategy - Monitor competition offerings and pack-price by State - Track performance of various pack-price and pricing initiatives, especially pilot ones for future action planning - Provide support in the Foods AOP process by offering pack-price recommendations based on analytics, market insights, and consumer research - Evaluate alternative pack-price scenarios to address contingencies like GST increase - Assist Category in executing pack-price implementations and managing changes - Collaborate with Line manager to establish Channel Pack Price & Price architecture in AOP considering competition landscape, retail dynamics, consumer behaviors, and financial aspects - Partner with Shopper Insights to conduct field research for optimizing Pack Price and Trade Promotion strategies - Maintain updated pack-price line-ups for India Foods and competition portfolios on a yearly basis - Engage with Sector RM teams for data support and RM governance - Collaborate with Category Finance team to track and consolidate RM initiative results - Lead pricing decisions execution and coordinate with supply chain/procurement and category teams for timely market implementation Qualifications: - MBA from a premier institute - 4-5 years of experience in the FMCG sector preferred - Exposure to category strategy is advantageous - Strong communication and presentation skills - Proficient in analytical thinking and RM Pack-Price strategies - Solid commercial acumen and understanding of business dynamics - Skilled in creating Powerpoint presentations - Excellent networking capabilities - Experience in cross-functional collaboration with Finance and Marketing teams - Proficient in project management methodologies (Note: No additional details about the company were provided in the job description),
