Job Description

Role & responsibilities Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Collaborate with the regional HR team and oversee end-to-end recruitment for store-level positions across all retail outlets, ensuring adherence to SLA timelines and workforce planning requirements. Monitor and report store-wise deployment ratios to maintain optimal staffing levels. Ensure smooth onboarding of new hires, including induction sessions, documentation verification, and People Apps updates. Supervise proper maintenance and filing of employee records at both the store and regional office levels. Manage recruitment and onboarding of NAPS candidates. Employee Engagement & Development Drive the implementation of the engagement and training calendar across stores in alignment with approved guidelines. Facilitate in-store developmental initiatives in coordination with the Training and Operations teams. Monitor and ensure timely completion of learning programs and mandatory training programs like POSH, Code of Conduct, etc Conduct regular store visits to connect with employees, resolve concerns, and foster a positive workplace culture. Lead store-specific engagement programs including "Fun Buddy," festive celebrations, and periodic employee meets (monthly/quarterly). Statutory Compliance & Documentation Ensure the enrolment of all store employees in applicable statutory benefits like ESIC and PF. Oversee uniform issuance, ID cards, name badges, and Mediclaim benefits in collaboration with the Corporate Office. Handle employee grievances in compliance with legal norms and internal policies, ensuring documentation of resolutions. HR Operations, Audits & MIS Maintain comprehensive employee master data, including personal files, attendance, and leave records. Manage staff transfers, ensuring approvals are secured in People Apps prior to implementation. Monitor smooth offboarding, including on-time Full & Final settlements, completion of exit formalities, and conducting exit interviews. Prepare and share timely and accurate MIS reports covering hiring, attrition, statutory compliance, and other HR indicators. Conduct regular audits of employee files, statutory documents, Vendor compliances and HR systems to ensure compliance and data integrity. Uniform Management from procurement to dispatch. Employee Relations Handling and smooth closure of IR Issues, Employee Grievances, and Code of Conduct violations. Coordinate employee welfare programs as per company policy. Preferred candidate profile Retail /Hospitality background preferred
