Manager Reporting Power bi, Python, SQL - 6+ years – Gurgaon Summary: An excellent opportunity for someone having a minimum of six years of experience with expertise in reporting . A person must have experience in Power BI, SQL, and Python. Team management experience is mandatory for this role. Location- Gurgaon (hybrid) Your Future Employer- One of the largest insurance providers. Responsibilities- To handle Distribution reporting requirements across functions and job families for enabling strategic priorities and performance management. Responsibilities also include supporting CXO reports and dashboards. To ensure timely & accurate delivery of reporting across functions and roles. To proactively identify opportunities to automate reporting requirements and build delivery capabilities on digital information assets in liaison with technology functions. Integrate analytics with reporting assets. Collaborate to design and build data products for Distribution teams. To partner with the data team to build the data infrastructure necessary to facilitate efficient analysis, and reporting and is relevant to the needs of the organization. Requirements- Demonstrated experience of working with senior leadership/management. Experience in standardizing, streamlining, and automating business reporting. Technical proficiency in BI tech stack –PowerBI, SQL Server reporting services, SAP BO, Python, etc. Have experience with open-source BI tools. Domain understanding of the BFSI industry.
