About the Position As Manager CSR and Public Health , you will lead end-to-end program delivery for public health interventions supported by corporate and philanthropic partners. The role demands a hands-on leader with strong program management experience, a deep understanding of health sector challenges, and the ability to work with diverse stakeholders including government bodies, health experts, and community organizations. Responsibilities Program Design and Delivery Design, plan, and implement CSR programs focused on public health themes including preventive healthcare, WASH (Water, Sanitation Hygiene), maternal and child health, mental health, etc. Customize interventions based on needs assessment and evidence-based practices. Stakeholder and Partner Engagement Liaise with funding partners, healthcare institutions, state and district-level health departments, and community stakeholders. Serve as the key point of contact for donor reporting, partner updates, and knowledge sharing. Monitoring, Evaluation, and Reporting Develop program frameworks, tools, and KPIs for effective monitoring and evaluation. Prepare project reports, case studies, dashboards, and documentation aligned with impact metrics. Team Leadership and Coordination Guide field teams and local implementation partners to ensure quality delivery and adherence to timelines. Support capacity building through training workshops and field mentoring. Research and Innovation Stay updated on national health policies, schemes, and innovations. Contribute to concept notes and proposals for new public health projects. Mandatory Qualification and Experience: Education (Mandatory): Master s degree in Public Health or allied fields (e.g., Community Health, Epidemiology, Health Management). Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in implementing development programs, specifically in public health or healthcare-focused CSR initiatives. Skills: Strong program management and stakeholder coordination capabilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Familiarity with health systems, national health schemes, and SDGs.
