Job Description

Job Title: Manager - Recruitment & Business Development

  1. Talent Acquisition Strategy:

    Develop and execute staffing strategies aligned with business objectives.
  2. Recruitment Process Management:

    Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placement.
  3. Candidate Experience:

    Ensure high-quality candidate experience across all interactions.
  4. Metrics & Reporting:

    Track and report on staffing metrics (time-to-fill, fill rates, etc.).
  5. Team Collaboration:

    Work with hiring managers and internal teams for effective staffing.

Business Development (BDE)

  1. Client Relationship Management:

    Build and nurture relationships with clients and prospects.
  2. Business Opportunity Identification:

    Identify new business opportunities and pitch staffing solutions.
  3. Proposal Development:

    Lead proposal development for client requirements.
  4. Revenue Growth:

    Contribute to revenue growth through effective business development.
  5. Market Intelligence:

    Stay updated on industry trends impacting staffing and business development.

Leadership & Operations

  1. Team Leadership:

    Lead and mentor a team of recruiters/BDEs as applicable.
  2. Process Optimization:

    Continuously improve staffing and business development processes.
  3. Stakeholder Management:

    Collaborate with internal stakeholders (sales, operations).
  4. Compliance:

    Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.

Skills & Qualifications

  1. Experience:

    8+

    years in staffing/recruitment and business development.
  2. Communication Skills:

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Business Acumen:

    Strong understanding of business drivers and market dynamics.
  4. Relationship Building:

    Proven ability to build client and candidate relationships.
  5. Analytical Skills:

    Ability to analyze data for decision-making.
  6. Education:

    Bachelors degree; relevant certifications a plus.
