JOB DESCRIPTION Position Title Position Code Reporting To Function PILOT PLANT ENGINEER U-FL-TC-NN-1139 PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT & TECH. SERVICES INCHARGE R & D and Technical Services Films Business , Noida Unit/ Location 1. JOB PURPOSE Responsibility of Pilot Film Line, Pilot Coating line & Pilot batch plant running. 2. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES Accountabilities Key Performance Indicators (Key Performance Indicators are the measurement parameters and target which define your accountabilities and responsibilities. ( Accountabilities indicate your primary responsibilities) 1. Maintain health & 5S of the equipments 2. Take run as and when required with support from respective product owner. Responsibility of Pilot film line, pilot coating line & all pilot equipments which will come in future. 3. Up-keeping of equipments & Pilot area. 4. Maintain records / documents in soft & hard formats. 5. Interact with Engg team for m/c maintenance. 3. INTERACTIONS Internal Interaction Interaction with IUT / Converting & Chemical division External Interactions (Outside the Organization) Interaction with suppliers / vendors 4. SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE CONFIDENTIAL

Educational Qualifications, Relevant Experience & Relevant Industry Experience 1. Diploma Chemical / Mechanical / Instrumentation OR Graduate / Post graduate in Chemistry / Science 2. Min 5 yr. Experience of PLC Engineer in PET film line with experience of coatings. Technical and Behavioral Skills Well versed in operating PET film lines. Well versed in coating operations. Maintain & Understand 5S, and good practices etc. Proficient in computers (Excel, words etc.) Ability to think out of the box and can create innovative solutions to work problems Ability to go beyond customers need and expectations and understand the correlation between Customer satisfaction to Business impact and Act accordingly Ability to think about organization and teams first before self. Ability to create a level of trust, mutual respect and sharing approach in the team. Ability to handle problems using logically and systematic approach Ability to change the way of organizational working into systematic working. Ability to listens and pays attention to others point of view and shares information in clear and concise manner. Ability to identify need for changes and supports in implementation of change processes. Ability to Influence others to achieve the goal/mission and takes ownership of the tasks or assignments and also its outcome.
