Job Description

Role Overview: As a Manager-QMS at AISATS, you will serve as a crucial business partner to AISATS business unit leaders by managing and implementing processes in Operations to ensure consistency and support the company's Mission, Vision, and Objectives. Your primary responsibility will be to acquire certifications for AISATS and uphold the set standards. You will interact with senior management, staff, and external agencies to define, measure, monitor, and validate AISATS Quality Management System and service standards. Additionally, you will lead a team responsible for delivering essential data and information about AISATS. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the department's performance purely from an operational aspect. - Lead and recommend feasible options to ensure services are consistent, fit for purpose, and meet external and internal requirements. - Maintain AISATS data archives. - Oversee all aspects of the QMS/QC function from Audit Planning to Closure, and ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 standards. - Strategize and define the Internal Audit Plan, review its implementation, and assist in implementing the Quality Policy and Quality Manual. - Monitor, analyze, and continuously improve the QMS within the organization to align with AISATS operations and changing policies. - Implement processes for seamless QMS functioning and projects involving continual improvement and best industry standards. - Develop systems for document and record controls, identification, and traceability of processes and records. - Conduct internal audits, analyze data, and evaluate continuous improvement opportunities. - Manage the Quality Management team, ensure quality control mechanisms are in place, and oversee Safety Audits. - Protect data archives and ensure the security, confidentiality, and integrity of AISATS data and information. - Support Senior Management in ensuring the smooth functioning of the internal Audit department. - Develop programs to support effective QMS implementation and translate requirements into functional specifications. - Make necessary operational decisions related to safety and security matters at all times while on duty. - Perform any other functions as required by the BU Head. Qualifications Required: - Masters/University Degree with a minimum of 10 years of working experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial/supervisory capacity in the Aviation Industry. - Certified Internal Auditor with in-depth knowledge of the auditing field.
