ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Should possess a minimum of 10 years experience in RCM.

• Should possess a minimum of 1.5 to 2 years experience as Deputy Manager

• Experience in AR, Billing and Payment posting is strongly recommended

• Six Sigma Black/Green belt certification will be preferred

• Should possess an excellent leadership skill.

• Must have knowledge of basic quality tools, quality process, expertise in audit, calibration, coaching, giving feedback, conduct daily huddles & weekly refresher sessions.

• Good in verbal and written communication

• Work mode: WFO
  

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Team Member may experience elevated levels of stress during periods of increased activity and with work entailing multiple deadlines.
