Manager - Quality Audit (US Healthcare)

As a Deputy Manager/Manager - Quality Audit in US Healthcare, your role involves providing day-to-day direction to Lead Associates and ensuring that Quality Targets are met. You will be responsible for designing and standardizing the Quality Management System, ensuring compliance with contractual deliverables, and implementing initiatives to drive performance. Additionally, you will supervise Assistant Managers Quality, design KPIs and KRAs, and conduct projects to improve team performance. Your responsibilities also include coordinating with departments to implement Quality Programs, developing plans to minimize costs and increase productivity, and creating process documentation. You must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree and have at least 5+ years of experience in Quality, excellent English communication and writing skills, and proficiency in MS Office. Previous experience as an Assistant Manager Quality Audit for at least 2+ years is mandatory.
