Job Description

Qualification B E EEE
Industry Electric equipment manufacturing (Low Voltage / Medium Voltage Panels, Switchgears, MCC Panels etc)
Should have strong knowledge in LV/MV/HV Panel manufacturing process
Participate in customer contract review and identify potential risk and action plan related to Quality
Lead improvement initiatives in quality and work methods
Knowledge & Implementation on IMS (ISO 9000, ISO 14000 & ISO 45001) activities
Carry out Setup approval, In process and final inspection activities
Finding root cause analysis, corrective actions for customer complaints, vendor supplies materials, project, process Quality
Inspection co-ordination with clients
Responsible to taken Quality assurance activities at site
Authorized to stop any process at stage for non conformances
Monitoring of compliances for audit findings and product punch list
Initiate to be prevention of repetitive errors in product as well as in documentation
Delivering effective technical assistance for suppliers ANPQP (APQP) documentation for project
Identifying factors for quality variations and developing effective quality assurance procedures towards maintaining high standard of quality to surpass the requirements of national & international standards
Understanding of new requirements for minimizing escalations, reducing rejection, saving energy as well as realizing efficiencies (in terms of raw materials & finished products) for timely delivery of the product
Playing a key role in preparing SOP`s for various departments and effective implementation of same by conducting internal audits
Reviewing the specifications, in-line with the respective pharmacopoeia and making the equivalence study
Working in coordination with plant QA team for part PSW Approval & Gauge Approval
Coordinating with suppliers for appropriate solutions for the new projects also visiting customer premises to interact with customer for resolution of issues and warranty concerns
Establishing the Continuous Improvement Process, implementing best practices, standardizing operating procedures, instating numerous efficiency methodologies and tools
Should have the knowledge on SAP/ERP software
Should have clear communication skill & need to communicate as per the protocol matrix and have sufficient Microsoft office knowledge skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, Project professional, PPT, etc)
Attend the customer meeting, periodic follow up with plan/actual status
Need to optimize the overall costing for the project
Ensure the overall Quality and Delivery commitment
To maintain Safety work culture and work place
