Job Description

Experience: 7 to 10 years

Job Location: Bhubaneswar

Salary: 70k - 1Lakh per month

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage and verify invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial policies
Oversee supply chain processes including procurement, storage, and distribution of goods
Conduct quality and quantity control checks on incoming and outgoing products
Monitor and maintain raw material inventory to avoid shortages or overstocking
Prepare and analyze Management Information System (MIS) reports for operational insights
Track and manage inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock records and timely replenishment
Assist in budgeting, cost control, and resource planning activities
Support product testing, feedback collection, and market review efforts
Attend and document follow-ups from internal meetings and external stakeholder discussions
Supervise workflow and ensure timely execution of case flows and administrative processes
Inspect raw materials for quality standards before use in production
Provide team supervision to ensure adherence to operational procedures and deadlines
