MANAGER- PRODUCTION

As a Manager- Production at ATGAON, you will be responsible for overseeing manufacturing operations in a large format job shop machining environment. Your key responsibilities will include: - Conceptualizing the processing for product development and implementing quality control measures to ensure compliance with company standards. - Leading the New Product Introduction process from start to successful implementation. - Integrating efforts of cross-functional teams to maximize operational efficiency. - Devising production plans to ensure adherence to time schedule, quality standards, and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM). - Managing production activities including purchases planning, commercial operation, and vendor development. - Enhancing operational efficiency by optimizing capacity utilization, reducing process rejection, and improving logistics. - Implementing internal controls to achieve higher operational efficiency, resource rationalization, and cost reduction. - Regulating inventory levels to maintain logical stocks without excessive blockade of funds. - Collaborating with other managers to formulate objectives and understand requirements. - Estimating costs, preparing budgets, and organizing workflow to meet specifications and deadlines. - Monitoring production to resolve issues and ensuring output meets quality standards. - Supervising and evaluating performance of production personnel, determining necessary resources, and approving maintenance work and purchasing of equipment. - Enforcing health and safety precautions. Qualification Required: - B.E/B.Tech in Mechanical In this role, you will need to have 10 to 15 years of experience in manufacturing management with strong technical and engineering skills.
