Manager / Senior Manager Product Marketing (Comviva)
Role Overview
As a Manager or Senior Manager Product Marketing at Comviva, you will play a pivotal role in driving the go-to-market strategy, positioning, and demand generation for Comviva s fintech and digital solutions. You will collaborate closely with product, sales, and marketing teams to create compelling narratives, enable sales, and accelerate product adoption across global markets.
Key Responsibilities
Content Marketing Sales Enablement
  • Develop and manage a diverse portfolio of marketing assets, including case studies, videos, flyers, blogs, infographics, playbooks, e-books, and newsletters.
  • Lead the creation and execution of webinars, podcasts (internal and external), and customer interviews/testimonials to showcase product value and customer success.
  • Conceptualize and deliver hero content such as coffee table books to reinforce Comviva s thought leadership and innovation.
  • Equip sales teams with effective collateral, pitch decks, and enablement tools to drive pipeline growth and conversion.
Product Evangelism
  • Drive product awareness through strategic PR initiatives, award submissions, and analyst relations.
  • Secure and amplify analyst mentions and industry recognition to position Comviva as a market leader.
  • Serve as a key spokesperson for the product portfolio in industry forums, events, and media interactions.
Demand Generation Performance Marketing
  • Design and execute integrated demand generation campaigns targeting key personas and verticals.
  • Lead performance marketing initiatives for both brand awareness and lead generation, leveraging digital channels and analytics.
  • Organize and represent Comviva at industry events, conferences, and webinars to build relationships and generate leads.
Communication
  • Manage targeted communications, including mailers for wins, product releases, analyst coverage, and awards.
  • Drive engagement and thought leadership via LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
Market Customer Insights
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback loops to inform product positioning and roadmap decisions.
  • Develop and refine buyer personas and value propositions based on deep market and customer understanding.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with product management, engineering, and sales to align messaging, launch plans, and customer engagement strategies.
  • Lead cross-functional teams for product launches and major marketing initiatives.
Qualifications Experience
  • MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 6+ years of B2B product marketing experience, preferably in fintech, enterprise SaaS, or digital technology domains
  • Demonstrated success in developing go-to-market strategies, sales enablement, and demand generation programs.
  • Strong experience in content creation, campaign management, and digital marketing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to craft compelling narratives and deliver persuasive presentations.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in measuring and optimizing marketing performance.
  • Creative, resourceful, and detail-oriented with strong project management skills.
Preferred Attributes
  • Prior experience in fintech or payments technology marketing.
  • Experience working in global or multi-regional marketing roles.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools.
  • Passion for innovation, storytelling, and driving business impact through marketing.
