Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Product Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team at Beyond Key. The ideal candidate will have
5 - 8 years of experience in B2B product marketing
and a passion for technology, specifically Microsoft 365/SaaS products. As a Product Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies for our HR & AI products, ensuring they are effectively positioned and promoted in the market. You will work closely with product teams, sales, and other stakeholders to understand market needs, drive customer adoption, and contribute to the overall growth of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Go-to-Market Strategy:
- Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new and existing HR & AI products.
- Collaborate with product management, sales, and leadership teams to define product positioning, messaging, and target customer segments.
- Identify key product differentiators and create compelling value propositions that highlight the unique benefits of our solutions.
Market Research & Analysis:
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Analyze customer feedback and sales data to refine product marketing strategies and ensure the products meet market demands.
- Use data-driven insights to continuously improve marketing efforts and product messaging.
Product Positioning & Messaging:
- Create clear, concise, and persuasive product messaging that resonates with target audiences.
- Develop product-related content for various channels, including websites, sales presentations, brochures, and eBooks.
- Ensure consistent and effective messaging across all marketing materials and customer touchpoints.
Sales Enablement & Demand Generation:
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales tools and training materials that support the selling process.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to refine and optimize sales processes and messaging.
- Plan and execute campaigns aimed at generating demand for Microsoft 365 products, leveraging both inbound and outbound marketing strategies.
Campaign Management & Execution:
- Plan, execute, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns to drive awareness, adoption, and customer retention for payment gateway products.
- Work closely with digital marketing, content, and design teams to create engaging and effective marketing assets.
- Manage product launches, ensuring all internal and external communications are aligned and delivered on time.
Performance Tracking & Reporting:
- Set clear KPIs and performance metrics for marketing campaigns and product initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Content Marketing & Performance Marketing:
- Develop high-quality content such as blog posts, case studies, eBook, and use cases to drive product education and awareness.
- Plan, execute, and optimize performance-driven marketing campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) to increase product visibility, drive traffic, and generate leads.
Required Skills And Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in product marketing, preferably within the HR tech & AI B2B SaaS market.
- Strong understanding of HR tech products and their benefits.
- Proven experience in developing and executing go-to-market strategies and product launches.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and digital marketing are best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM software.
- Master's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field is a plus.
