Position: Procurement Operations

Location: Corporate Office Noida

Roles and Responsibilities

Procurement Operations

  • Plan, implement, and manage procurement strategies aligned with organization

needs.

  • Conduct RFI, RFP, RFQ, and reverse auction processes as needed
  • Responsible for sourcing and purchasing various items and services, including

1. General items e.g. Stationery, uniforms, Furniture, Sports items, educational

items

2. IT infrastructure (Servers, computers, Network Devices, Storage system,

Networking items, Operating systems, applications, Software licenses) and

IT Services

3. Marketing merchandise and collateral (Radio, Digital advertising and Print

Media)

4. Event-related Goods and Services

5. Maintenance and Housekeeping Material

6. Admin Services related to Security, Canteen, Housekeeping, BMS,

Horticulture, AMCs, Repair and Maintenance related to Civil & electricals

and Capex items

Vendor & Supplier Management

  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard vendors.
  • Negotiate contracts and terms to ensure favorable outcomes for the organization.

Strategic Sourcing

  • Ensure procurement complies with internal policies and external regulations.
  • Analyze procurement trends and implement cost-saving initiatives
  • Liaise with Admin staff, IT teams and other departments for procurement related

requirements

  • Work closely with marketing teams on campaigns and merchandise procurement.
  • Coordinate procurement needs across multi-campus operations

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Deep knowledge of end-to-end procurement processes in an institutional setup.
  • Strong commercial and contractual negotiation skills.
  • Exposure to ERP systems and high proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinking with attention to detail and time management.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines efficiently.
