Manager Process Excellence Supply Chain

Job Description

Primary Responsibilities: - Develop and continuously train operational teams in quality and Lean concepts - Drive Continuous Improvement - Quantitative and qualitative to improve Supply Chain costs, quality, and service - Develop analytics that support team KPI improvement and deep dive analysis to identify root cause and implement corrective action - Plan and monitor SCM Internal Process Audits (Last mile, Middle mile, Order Processing, Inventory, Inbound) and report the gaps/non-conformance to SCM Process Team. - Preparing annual Quality audit plans, carrying out periodic inspections and providing performance reports that include observations and recommendations. - Work with the DC and Distribution teams to ensure internal and external audit compliance and timely actions on OFIs if any - Ensure Corrective action and preventive actions implementation across DCs and XDs against OFIs - Identify and own projects to curb repeated non-conformities in the processes. - Provide management with project status updates, feedback, and appropriate reporting on key Quality Audits and lean methodology implementation results. Utilize WMS, TMS, OMS, SFDC to have an insight of Various KPI trend across DCs and XDs and report any significant deviations. Skills Required: - Education: Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Master’s degree (Preferably in Supply chain, Operations) - Experience: 5+ years of experience in supply chain, +1 years in process excellence, Quality assurance within the retail or electronics industry. - Technical Skills: Functional Knowledge in Warehouse Management System, Transport Management System, Order Management System, Understanding of lean supply chain concepts, six sigma, Kaizen Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven mindset.
