Job Description

As the incumbent for the role of driving operational excellence at Antara, your primary responsibility will be to design, standardize, and govern Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) while leading continuous process improvement initiatives. By ensuring that all functional processes are efficient, compliant, and aligned with Antara's brand promise and regulatory standards, you will play a crucial role in maintaining operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: - Develop, review, and continuously improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all departments. - Standardize processes across the business, ensuring alignment with Antara's brand promise, regulatory norms (NABH, HSSC, QAI), and audit standards. - Manage SOP version control, dissemination, and compliance tracking across facilities. - Conduct periodic reviews with functional heads for SOP effectiveness and relevance. - Lead cross-functional process improvement initiatives using Lean / Six Sigma methodologies. - Identify inefficiencies and design interventions to enhance service quality, reduce waste, and improve response times. - Conduct process mapping and gap analyses for critical workflows. - Track and monitor improvement metrics through defined KPIs and dashboards. Qualifications Required: - Strong understanding of process design, documentation, and governance frameworks. - Hands-on experience with Lean / Six Sigma tools (Green Belt or higher preferred). - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration abilities. - Proven experience in hospitality, healthcare, or service-oriented environments. - Strong communication and presentation skills. In terms of Education & Experience, you should hold a Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Operations Management, Quality, Process Excellence, Hospitality Management, or related fields. Additionally, having 6-8 years of experience in process design, quality management, or operations excellence roles, with a preference for experience in the hospitality or healthcare sector, will be beneficial for this role.,
