Job Description

You will be responsible for utilizing Lean Standards in everyday assignments and analysis, which includes tasks such as Line Balancing, PFEP, Value Stream Mapping, Process FMEA's, Control Plans, engineering studies, and resource requirement sheets. Your role will involve providing leadership and support to Continuous Improvement initiatives at the plant level, conducting work studies, developing standards, and improving existing systems. Additionally, you will work on developing and updating headcount analysis tools, preparing engineering studies, and measuring standard time to eliminate waste effectively. Your key responsibilities will include: - Utilizing Lean Standards in everyday assignments and analysis, including Line Balancing, PFEP, Value Stream Mapping, Process FMEA's, Control Plans, engineering studies, and resource requirement sheets. - Providing leadership and support to Continuous Improvement initiatives at the plant level. - Developing and updating headcount analysis tools. - Preparing engineering studies. - Measuring standard time. - Serving as the main point of contact for capacity, process improvement tasks, and standard time inquiries. - Working closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions. You should possess a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or Operations Research, with a strong background in engineering redesign and cost savings initiatives. Additionally, you should have experience in solutions design within a logistics/warehousing/manufacturing facility environment, supporting warehousing contracts with engineering expertise, and packaging and/or innovation. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access, Word, Visio or equivalent, and Project Management software is required, along with hands-on experience with supply chain applications. Your educational qualification should be a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or Operations Research, with a strong background in engineering redesign and cost savings initiatives. Preferred certifications are not specified, and the job requires 5-7 years of experience, including experience in working and leading multi-cultural teams and knowledge about Quality Control best practices.,
