Job Description

He/She will be responsible for supporting the design, implementation, and administration of the organisation s Performance Management System and Compensation processes. The role involves ensuring smooth execution of appraisal cycles, compensation reviews, and maintaining data accuracy. He/She will be also responsible for designing, developing, and managing HR dashboards, reports, and analytics to enable data-driven decision-making.

Education

Experience:


  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in HR.

  • Hands-on experience in MI & Analytics/ managing appraisal cycles / compensation processes is preferable.

  • Expertise in HR data management and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Excel) will be added advantage.

Knowledge:


  • Familiarity with HR systems and tools.

  • Understanding of PMS frameworks and compensation structures.

  • Awareness of compliance requirements related to compensation.



Skills and Competencies:


  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.

  • Ability to manage multiple processes and timelines effectively.

  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Excel and HR technology platforms.



  • Assist in implementing and maintaining the Performance Management System across the organisation.

  • Coordinate annual performance appraisal cycles, including goal-setting, mid-year reviews, and final evaluations.

  • Support compensation planning processes, including salary revisions, bonus calculations, and incentive payouts.

  • Maintain and update compensation structures and job evaluation data.

  • Prepare and analyse PMS and compensation reports for management review.

  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and statutory requirements related to compensation.

  • Liaise with HR technology teams to ensure PMS and compensation systems are functioning effectively.

  • Provide guidance to business teams on PMS processes and timelines.

  • Monitor market trends and assist in benchmarking exercises.

  • Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports for leadership and business stakeholders.

  • Provide actionable insights to HR leadership for strategic decision-making.

  • Support predictive analytics for talent acquisition, retention, and workforce planning.
