• Strong command over English & Hindi

• 2–3 years of relevant managerial experience in hospital or hospitality industry

💡 Required Skills

• Excellent communication skills

• Strong computer knowledge (MS Office, Email Drafting, Basic MIS)

• Ability to handle daily operations, staff coordination & patient service management

• Problem-solving ability and customer service-oriented personality
