Business Analyst - Finance & Analytics (5-8 years)Location: Noida, UPExperience: 5-8 yearsQualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) / MBA in Finance / CA TrainedAbout the RoleWe are seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst with a strong finance and analytics background to join our team. The ideal candidate will bridge financial expertise with modern analytics capabilities, enabling smarter decision-making and driving value through data-led insights. This role requires strong conceptual understanding of finance, analytical frameworks, and hands-on experience with reporting and data tools.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with Finance & Accounting (F&A) teams to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.Develop and maintain financial reporting dashboards and performance metrics using Power BI and other BI/data visualization tools.Ensure accuracy, integrity, and consistency of financial data, leveraging strong knowledge of master data and metadata management.Partner with cross-functional teams (Finance, Analytics, Data, and AI) to deliver reporting solutions aligned to business objectives.Conduct variance analysis, forecasting, and scenario modelling to support strategic and operational decisions.Drive adoption of analytics-driven decision making by simplifying financial data into actionable insights.Support financial audits, compliance requirements, and executive reporting with data-backed narratives.Contribute to data governance initiatives, ensuring data quality and standardized reporting practices.Key Requirements5-8 years of experience in finance, business analysis, or financial reporting roles.Professional qualification: CA, MBA in Finance, or CA-trained with strong accounting fundamentals.Proven experience working with Finance & Accounting teams on analytics, reporting, and business insights.Strong hands-on expertise in Power BI (mandatory), with exposure to other BI and data management tools.Conceptual clarity in master data and metadata management.Background in data-led and AI-driven organizations preferred.Solid understanding of financial reporting, FP&A concepts, and analytical models.Strong communication skills with ability to present complex data insights to senior stakeholders.Detail-oriented, structured problem solver with ability to balance finance and technology perspectives.Preferred SkillsExperience in data visualization storytelling for financial stakeholders.Familiarity with SQL, Python, or other analytics tools (good to have, not mandatory).Exposure to cloud-based analytics environments (Azure, GCP, AWS).Knowledge of AI in Finance & Analytics use cases.Why Join UsWork at the intersection of finance and analytics in a data-driven, AI-enabled environment.Be part of a dynamic team driving digital finance transformation.Opportunity to shape decision-making by delivering insightful reporting solutions that impact business outcomes.
