As a Manager / Chief Manager Planning at Resonia (Erstwhile Sterlite Power and Transmission) in Boisar, Maharashtra, your role will involve strong exposure in end-to-end planning in substations ranging from 220KV to 400KV in the Power Sector / Power Substation/ Oil and Gas industry. Key Responsibilities: - Report directly to the Project Leader- PMO of the respective project, handling both Capital and Expense projects of Transmission Grid including construction of transmission lines, sub-stations, and execution of Smart Grid solutions. - Lead project initiation, planning, forecasting, milestone structure, dependency management, critical path identification, and reporting. - Track and report project finances accurately, conduct periodic financial forecasts, perform variance analysis, cash flow sensitivity analysis, and actively identify efficiency opportunities. - Identify and manage project risks at pre-bid and execution stages, develop risk mitigation plans, and maintain risk registers at the project and portfolio levels. - Act as the primary liaison to the Projects Cluster Lead and the team for project management activities and performance. - Develop and distribute Management Information System (MIS) and presentations to C-Level executives regarding project portfolio health and execution. - Provide analytics support for decision-making by extracting insights from projects. Qualifications Required: - B.Tech / B.E in relevant field. - 9 to 15 years of experience in the Power Sector or related industry.
