You are invited to join Resonia (Erstwhile Sterlite Power and Transmission) in the role of Manager / Chief Manager Planning, based in Boisar, Maharashtra. As an ideal candidate, you should hold a B.Tech / B.E degree with a minimum of 9 to 15 years of experience. Your expertise should primarily focus on end-to-end planning in substations ranging from 220Kv to 400KV within the Power Sector, Power Substation, or Oil and Gas industry. Reporting directly to the Project Leader- PMO of the respective project, you will be responsible for overseeing both Capital and Expense projects of the Transmission Grid. This will involve the construction of transmission lines, sub-stations, and the implementation of Smart Grid solutions. Your key responsibilities will include project initiation, planning, forecasting, milestone structuring, dependency management, critical path identification, and reporting. You will also be accountable for financial tracking and reporting, ensuring accurate forecasts, conducting variance analysis, cash flow sensitivity analysis, and proactively identifying efficiency opportunities. Furthermore, you will play a crucial role in identifying project risks during the pre-bid and execution stages. Your tasks will involve quantifying risks, developing mitigation plans, and maintaining risk registers at both project and portfolio levels. You will act as the primary liaison to the Projects Cluster Lead and the team for project management activities and performance evaluation. Additionally, you will be expected to develop and distribute Management Information System (MIS) reports and presentations to C-level executives, providing insights into the health and execution of the projects portfolio. Your analytical skills will be essential in supporting decision-making processes by extracting valuable insights from project data.
