Job Description

As the Manager, People Business Partner, you will be responsible for human resources management in support of a business or geography. Your role involves partnering closely with business leaders to implement HR Strategy and working with COEs, GBSC, and other HRBPs to ensure successful implementation of processes and initiatives. You will apply your knowledge of local laws and regulations to provide high-touch, employee-facing support in areas such as talent management, employee relations, total rewards, recruitment, and development. In this position, you will be tasked with implementing HR strategies and talent initiatives for a specific function or local market. You will oversee the delivery of HR projects and programs, monitoring progress against timelines and budgets. Additionally, you will deliver communication for talent planning, compensation planning, and change-management processes, ensuring successful performance management and change management delivery in partnership with management. Your responsibilities will also include planning and implementing leadership development, performance management, rewards, and change management initiatives. You will actively participate in the day-to-day delivery of local HR operations and serve as the first point of contact for all regional HR inquiries. Furthermore, you will oversee data collection and reporting to apply quantitative and qualitative data to HR process improvement and development. The ideal candidate for this role will have demonstrated success in coordinating and delivering corporate HR programs/processes, such as talent management and year-end compensation planning, along with the ability to report on progress effectively. You should also have a track record of consulting with leaders and other stakeholders on local HR issues, building relationships, and collaborating with key stakeholders. As part of your corporate security responsibility, you will be expected to abide by Mastercard's security policies and practices, ensure the confidentiality and integrity of accessed information, report any suspected information security violations or breaches, and complete all periodic mandatory security trainings in accordance with Mastercard's guidelines.,
