Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Noida, India, for a Manager in Operations Survey Programming. The role involves overseeing and managing survey programming processes, ensuring project timelines and quality standards are consistently met. Responsibilities include team management, allocation of resources, monitoring project progress, and identifying areas for process improvement. Communicating effectively with clients to understand requirements and providing detailed feedback for development and operations enhancement are key aspects of the role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Online Survey Programming tools and technologies.
• Strong knowledge of Data Collection, Data Processing, Data Analysis, and Conjoint Analysis.
• Experience in Quality Assurance processes.
• Strong leadership, project management, and team-building skills.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with clients and internal teams effectively.
• Ability to analyze data, create reports, and deliver engaging presentations.
• Understanding of custom IT services and solutions relevant to survey programming.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
