Profile : Manager (Centre Operations and Sales)
Location: Varanasi
Experience: 3+ Years (Relevant)
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day centre Operations & Sales ensuring smooth workflow and high efficiency.
Build and maintain customer relationships to enhance service delivery.
Lead and mentor teams across multiple locations, ensuring performance and productivity.
Conduct training and development programs for staff skill enhancement.
Assist in new centre setups, ensuring proper planning and execution.
Handle sales targets, revenue tracking, and operational KPIs.
Plan and manage rosters, shift allocations, and workforce scheduling.
Analyze and report attrition trends, implementing strategies to improve retention.
Leverage Excel and automation processes to improve operational efficiency.
Requirements:
Strong understanding of centre operations, team handling, customer management, and sales processes.
Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, macros, automation) and data analysis.
Hands-on experience with automation tools.
Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
