Manager will be solely responsible for smooth running of plant operations. He/ she will be directly reporting to the MD and will be coordinating with other departments such as production, packaging, quality, delivery, purchase and accounting.
Day to day problems/ challenges will be handled by the manager in order to ensure that the production line does not stop.
staff issues will be dealt with on a daily basis. Coordinating with the labour contractor will be a part of the job profile.
Daily MIS reporting to the MD reporting all issues/ production details etc.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
