As a Manager- Operational Excellence at an Indian Pharmaceutical MNC based in Navi Mumbai, your role involves overseeing various aspects to drive operational efficiency and excellence within the organization. Your responsibilities will include: - **Management Information System (MIS):** - Overseeing data collection, analysis, and reporting for decision-making. - Ensuring accuracy and timeliness of operational dashboards and KPI tracking. - Optimizing and automating reporting processes. - **Operational Excellence:** - Driving Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement initiatives. - Identifying and eliminating process inefficiencies to enhance productivity and reduce costs. - Monitoring and improving KPIs. - **Project Management:** - Leading cross-functional projects, ensuring on-time delivery within scope and budget. - Developing and executing project plans, including risk management and resource allocation. - Ensuring alignment of projects with strategic goals and organizational priorities. Your key accountabilities and responsibilities will include: - Ensuring timely and accurate reporting through MIS. - Driving measurable improvements in efficiency, quality, and cost. - Successfully delivering projects on time, within scope and budget. - Managing MIS systems for reliable data collection and analysis. - Leading process improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies. - Planning, executing, and monitoring projects, managing resources effectively. - Facilitating cross-functional collaboration and mentoring teams on continuous improvement practices. The qualifications required for this role include: - 5+ years of experience in Pharmaceutical industry. - Masters in Life Science/Engineering with PMP and Six Sigma (Green/Black belt) certification. - Expertise in MIS Reporting, Operational Excellence KPI Management, Data analysis, and collation.
