Job Description

Manager – People Partner (Onboarding & EX)

What You’ll Do:

Partner with TAG, Practice, Finance, and Leadership to align hiring with business needs and budgets.
Lead salary negotiations for People Managers & Non-Billable roles, balancing business and candidate expectations.
Drive efficient, automated onboarding processes ensuring compliance and Day-1 readiness.
Deliver engaging new hire experiences through orientation, buddy programs, and continuous feedback.
Build and mentor a high-performing People Partner team with clear goals and upskilling initiatives.
Enhance employer branding, culture, and employee engagement through ERGs, testimonials, and social media presence.
Act as an SME for global HR initiatives including automation, ATS integration, and onboarding transformation.

What You’ll Bring:

Strong expertise in Onboarding, Employee Relations, and People Analytics.
Proven skills in stakeholder management, change management, and decision-making.
Tech-savvy with HRIS (Darwinbox, Workday, SAP SF), engagement tools, and project management platforms.
Strategic, empathetic, and assertive communicator with a passion for employee experience.
MBA/PGDB in Human Resources or related field.
