We’re Hiring – New Product Development Head (Rubber Industry)

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Product Development Head to join a reputed manufacturing company in Kundli, Sonipat (Haryana).

Position: New Product Development Head

Location: Kundli, Sonipat, Haryana
Industry: Rubber Manufacturing Only
Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹60,000 (as per experience)
Experience: Relevant experience in the rubber industry is mandatory

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead key projects to support business goals.
• Develop programs incorporating current developments to improve existing products and study the potential of new products.
• Understand customer expectations on to-be manufactured products.
• Develop the product design and tool design and make the cavity by doing the reverse engineering or develop the new design inline with the customer requirement.
• Determine and execute improved technologies used by suppliers, competitors, and customers.
• Establish project goals and priorities by collaborating with Marketing and Operations.
• Transfer new technologies, products, and manufacturing processes to production line
• Design and evaluate materials, assemblies, processes, and equipment.
• Suggest training tools to enhance employee performance and skill development.
• Monitor team metrics and objectives ensuring meeting of goals.
• Document all phases of design and development.
• Manage customer relationships and perform RFQ reviews, customer visits, and product design and testing.
• Advice management on new opportunities and customers for business growth
• Timely execution of projects meeting business timelines of customers
• Develop new validation requirements – Virtual and physical
