We are hiring for New Product Development (NPD) Manager – Machine Shop
Location : Arasur, Coimbatore
Qualification : Diploma / BE in Mechanical
Expereince : Production with 8–15 years experience in machining
Salary : Upto 7 LPA
We are looking for an experienced NPD Manager to lead the development of new machined components in our machine shop.
Key Responsibilities:
# Study component drawings and assess machining feasibility.
# Develop machining processes for Turning Centres, VMCs & HMCs.
# Create fixture concepts and coordinate fixture design.
# Interact with customers for project timelines & technical clarifications.
# Lead trial machining, manage setters, and ensure successful sample development.
# Drive project execution from drawing receipt to production handover.
Required Skills:
# Strong CNC machining knowledge (turning, milling, HMC).
# Excellent drawing reading & GD&T understanding.
# Fixture design knowledge and tooling awareness.
# Good communication & project management skills.
