Job Description

The prime responsibility of this position is to develop and implement network design and planning which helps in optimally utilizing resources including Infra Fleets and technology, plugs revenue leakages, brings efficiency in service delivery in terms of speed, cost & Reliability. Key metrics followed by the team are as follows -

Route analysis and planning
Ensure full vehicle capacity utilization in dynamic volume pattern
Hub capacity utilization & Planning
Cost control by way of innovation
Ensure efficiency & reliability in service delivery (For Express & Surface Network both with different product types) and customer satisfaction
Tracking different Metrics for Network performance
Coordination with Product, Operations and Finance Teams for optimistic Cost & efficiency

Skills Needed

Problem Solving Ability
Basic Data understanding & Analysis (Excel & Basic SQL is Mandatory)
Logical and Critical Thinking on Business Problems
Graduate or Post Graduate from Premier Institute

Education Qualification

1. B.E/ B.Tech from a reputed college. Tier1/ 2 engineering college would be preferred
