Manager- Network & Compliance

Summary :

Candidate is expected to have sound knowledge on Data Networking and Security technologies along with prior experience in conducting network audit across various Network & Security parameters.

Role & responsibilities

1) Validation of Network design, zoning and ensure secure network architectures of Datacentres.

2) Perform thorough audits and able to provide observations w.r.t Network & Cybersecurity standards.

3) Ability to design, roll-out and execute network audit across multiple and varied networks

4) Act as a liaison between technical teams, compliance officers, executive leadership, and external vendors.

5) Translate complex technical requirements into actionable strategies for diverse stakeholders.

6) Lead cross-functional meetings to align security and compliance goals with business objectives.

7) Provide clear, concise updates and reports to senior management.

8) Upkeep of trackers and publish updates on regular manner

Preferred candidate profile

1) Strong understanding of Enterprise Network, system and application level Security issues. - Mandatory

2) Routing and Switching - Mandatory

2) MPLS, SD-WAN, SDN Technology - Mandatory

3) Network Security - Firewalls, IDS/IPS, Proxy - Mandatory

5) Good understanding and skills in Network Traffic Engineering and Analysis - Mandatory

Certification :

1) CCNA & CCNP - Mandatory

2) Relevant certifications in Palo Alto/Checkpoint/Fortinet/Cisco/Sonic/Sophos preferred

Experience:

1) B.E/B.Tech, M.Tech/MCA (Computer/IT) or B.Sc (Computers) with 10 plus years of working experience on large complex enterprise networks. - Mandatory

2) Must have handson experience in protocols/technologies like MPLS (traffic engineering, L2/L3 VPN), BGP-4/MP-BGP, ISIS, OSPF/OSPFv3, EIGRP, RSVP, LDP, VXLAN, Network Access Control, 802.1x, VPN. - Mandatory

3) Experience of multi-vendor / multi-service IP networks, multi-vendor equipment and network protocols. - Mandatory

4) Experience in Solution Design and Architecture assessment of large networks - Mandatory

5) Experience in Security devices - Desireable

6) Experience in dealing with banks / financial institutions /NBFCs networks - Added advantage

Technical Skills-

1) Routing & Switching - Mandatory

2) Firewall, DDOS, WAF, EDR, SIEM, DLP

3) MS Office - Mandatory

4) VPN technologies- Mandatory

Knowledge-

1) Knowledge on Networking, LAN/WAN and on Security technologies such as DDOS, WAF, Firewall, EDR, SIEM, DLP etc.

2) Knowledge on various types of Datacentres and its operating models such as Third-Party Colo, Cloud and On-prem architectures.

3) Understanding on various security compliances, best practices and review of audit reports.

4) Knowledge on review of VA/PT assessment reports of the IT infrastructure.

5) Very high-level understanding on Server Virtualization.

6) Basic knowledge on Telecom aspects, types of media and Last miles.

7) Sound knowledge on MS Office tools

8) Excellent presentation and communication skills
