Job Description

As a Manager, Network and Operations at MasterCard, you will be responsible for globally partnering with customers to deliver world-class technical support for MasterCard infrastructures and applications. Your role will involve providing 24x7x365 technical operations support for MasterCard's global infrastructure, focusing on minimizing impact to customers and internal users. You will manage the Wednesday/Thursday to Saturday (18:30 IST to 6:30 IST) Shift C, overseeing the team monitoring the infrastructure and playing a key role in MasterCard Incident and Change Management processes. Additionally, you will regularly perform data analysis to evaluate MasterCard's performance and identify areas for improvement. - Plan, coordinate, and implement changes within the network environment. - Provide business knowledge and technical support for the department. - Offer leadership, direction, and supervision to staff members. - Ensure the area is appropriately staffed and managed, with personnel receiving the necessary training and possessing the required skills for successful behaviors. - Engage in strategic planning, financial planning, administration, and management of the department. - Provide technical and advisory support for staff to facilitate the development and implementation of applications. - Generate management-level status reports. - Coordinate multiple project efforts effectively. - Demonstrated experience in network operations and management. - Strong leadership and communication skills. - Ability to perform data analysis and drive improvements based on findings. - Proficiency in strategic and financial planning. - Prior experience in overseeing change management processes. - Familiarity with incident management protocols. - Knowledge of security policies and practices. - Relevant certifications in network operations or related fields would be advantageous.,
