As a Manager, Network and Operations at MasterCard, your role involves partnering with Customers globally to provide world-class technical support for MasterCard infrastructures and applications. You will be responsible for delivering 24x7x365 technical operations support for MasterCard's global infrastructure, focusing on minimizing impact to Customers and internal users. Your key responsibilities include: - Managing the Wednesday/Thursday to Saturday (18:30 IST to 6:30 IST) Shift C - Overseeing the monitoring of the infrastructure - Acting as a key stakeholder in MasterCard Incident and Change Management processes - Regularly performing data analysis to assess MasterCard's performance and identify areas for improvement In this role, you will also be expected to: - Plan, coordinate, and implement changes within the network environment - Provide business knowledge and technical support for the department - Lead, direct, and supervise staff members - Ensure proper staffing and management of the area, including providing necessary training and skills development - Engage in strategic planning, financial planning, administration, and department management - Offer technical and advisory support to staff for application development and implementation - Generate management level status reports - Coordinate multiple project efforts Additionally, as part of your corporate security responsibility at MasterCard, you are required to: - Abide by MasterCard's security policies and practices - Ensure the confidentiality and integrity of the information being accessed - Report any suspected information security violation or breach - Complete all periodic mandatory security trainings as per MasterCard's guidelines Your contribution to maintaining the security of MasterCard's assets, information, and networks is vital to the organization's success.
