Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Lead and manage architectural projects from concept through completion, ensuring alignment with brand standards.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
Prepare and present project proposals, including design concepts and budgets, to stakeholders.
Oversee the design development process, ensuring designs meet both functional and aesthetic requirements.
Monitor project progress and performance, implementing corrective actions as necessary to stay on schedule.
Conduct regular site visits to verify compliance with design specifications and quality standards.
Evaluate architectural submissions, ensuring alignment with project goals and brand identity.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors degree in Architecture or related field; Master's degree preferred.
Minimum of 7 years experience in project management within the luxury goods or jewelry sector.
Strong understanding of architectural design principles and luxury retail environments.
Proficiency in project management software and architectural design tools.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders.
Demonstrated leadership abilities with a track record of managing diverse teams.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
