Job Description

Oversee the installation, commissioning, maintenance and repair of various HVAC systems, including VRF/VRV AC units, chiller plants, cassette ACs, split ACs, fresh air units, exhaust systems, heat pumps, cold rooms, and under-counter fridges/freezers.
Assist in planning and executing HVAC-related projects, including system upgrades, modifications, and renovations. Ensure all project work is completed on time and within budget.
Manage relationships with contractors and vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure that services meet company standards and project requirements.
Review and interpret CAD drawings for HVAC installations and modifications. Ensure that installations align with these designs.
Preferably have experience in handling HVAC needs specific to the hotel industry or facility management industry.
Manage and lead a team of 15-20 members.
