Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Assist in the planning and coordination of various projects related to luxury goods and jewelry.
Develop and maintain project documentation including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Facilitate communication between project teams, stakeholders, and external partners to ensure alignment on project goals.
Monitor project progress, track milestones, and report on status to management as required.
Identify potential risks and issues in projects and propose effective mitigation strategies.
Organize and conduct regular meetings with team members to discuss project developments and concerns.
Support the implementation of best practices and process improvements within project management protocols.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Project Management, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in project coordination, preferably within the jewelry industry.
Strong proficiency in project management tools and software.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and independently when necessary.
Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to project challenges.
