Manager - Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning

You will be responsible for developing MEL (Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning) Strategy and Framework, as well as conducting advanced analytics. This includes managing data, analyzing it, and preparing detailed reports. Additionally, you will engage with stakeholders and ensure effective communication of findings.
