Manager - Modern Trade

As a Modern Trade Manager in the FMCG industry, your role will involve developing and executing Modern Trade strategies & annual business plans. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing key accounts & trading terms with leading retailers, leading new product launches, and promotional campaigns for higher visibility. Additionally, you will analyze market trends & sales performance to drive profitability and build, lead, and motivate a high-performing sales team. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute Modern Trade strategies & annual business plans. - Identify new business opportunities and ensure consistent growth. - Manage key accounts & trading terms with leading retailers. - Lead new product launches and promotional campaigns for higher visibility. - Analyze market trends & sales performance to drive profitability. - Build, lead, and motivate a high-performing sales team. Qualifications Required: - 10+ years of FMCG sales experience with strong exposure to Modern Trade. - Proven track record in key account management & regional sales (Maharashtra, Gujarat & MP). - Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. - Ability to strategize, execute, and deliver sales growth. - Graduation / MBA in Marketing or Sales (Certifications in Sales/Problem Solving are a plus).
