Manager - MIS and Documentation

The Manager MIS Documentation will be responsible for developing, organizing, and maintaining comprehensive project documentation systems for the HRDP project. The role includes managing project data, preparing donor-compliant reports, updating monthly activities, and maintaining project-related photo/video galleries. The position requires strong documentation skills, experience in MIS, and the ability to coordinate effectively with project teams and donors.

Project Documentation:

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive project documentation system, including project plans, progress reports, meeting minutes, data collection forms, and other relevant documents.
• Ensure that all project documentation is properly filed, organized, and easily accessible.
• Maintain accurate records of all project expenditures and financial transactions.
• Prepare and submit timely and accurate reports to Donor and MSSRF through Project Manager
• Responsible for Monthly activity updation as per Donor Compliance (IMPACT P3 and MGrant )
• Responsible project gallery management with relevant photos and videos
• Responsible Community Asset documentation
• Proven experience (2+ years) in project documentation, MIS, or related roles within development, NGO, or research organizations
• Strong proficiency in written and verbal communication in English; knowledge of local languages is an added advantage.
• Sound knowledge of documentation tools and database management systems.
• Experience in preparing reports, managing project data, and coordinating with donor requirement.

Essential Qualification

• Post-Graduation in Social Work / Rural Development / Development Studies

Experience desirable

• A minimum of 2 years of experience is required, and preference will be given to native candidates.
