Manager Marketing (Sports Academy)

Role & responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote the schools sports academy and its various programs (cricket, football, basketball, swimming, etc.).
  
• Plan and coordinate inter-school and intra-school sports events, tournaments, and workshops to enhance visibility and student participation.
  
• Build partnerships with schools, clubs, and local sports organizations for joint events and branding opportunities.
  
• Prepare marketing collaterals brochures, banners, videos, social media creatives, and press releases.
  
• Drive student enrolments for sports programs through targeted campaigns and parent engagement.
  
• Collaborate with academic and sports departments to align marketing initiatives with school goals.
  
• Identify sponsorship and branding opportunities with local businesses and sports brands.
  
• Track and analyze marketing performance, leads, and admissions data to measure ROI.
  
• Manage event budgets, vendor coordination, and timely execution of all marketing activities.
  
• Represent the academy at public events, sports meets, and exhibitions to build visibility and goodwill.

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum Qualification:

  Graduate in any discipline (preferably in Marketing, Mass Communication, or Sports Management).
• 3-8 years of experience in

  marketing, event management, or promotional activities

  , preferably in schools, sports academies, or educational institutions.
• Strong communication, coordination, and networking skills.
