Position Overview: FedEx is looking for a Digital Manager who will play a key role in driving innovation and excellence in their digital initiatives. We seek someone who brings a strong commercial thought process and extensive experience in digital, web, and social media analytics What your main responsibilities are : As a senior leader in the India CoE, the Digital Manager will be responsible for the creation of a Data - centric projects that delivers cutting edge insights, solutions and services to various internal businesses and client organizations. • Inspire and drive the execution of the roadmap for Digital Analytics, Product Marketing, and Customer Analytics. Understand the digital ecosystem (Fedex.com and associated capabilities) and drive analytical engagement across the end-to-end customer digital journey with FedEx. • Measure and monitor key performance metrics for various global marketing teams, including Product Marketing, Customer Vertical Marketing, Customer Segment Marketing, and Retail Marketing. Utilize digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) to monitor, analyse, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns. Translate digital data into actionable insights to support commercial decision making and provide thought leadership on digital trends, consumer behavior, and emerging technologies. • Identify, assess, and recommend actions to resolve barriers to the success of key digital marketing programs and improve customer experience using data. Develop and present comprehensive reports to senior management, highlighting key findings and strategic recommendations. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive digital transformation and innovation, ensuring alignment of digital strategies with overall business objectives. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including marketing, sales, and product teams. Act as the primary point of contact for all digital analytics-related queries and initiatives. Define, design, and standardize key performance scorecards, reports, and visualizations that provide insights into the health of the overall digital platform and the performance of all digital assets and products across FedEx.com. Lead the development of core analytics solutions to improve operational efficiency, revenue, and logistics and distribution inefficiencies. Ensure comprehensive data access security and neutrality to assure all stakeholders What we are looking for • Masters or Ph.D. degree in quantitative fields such as Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Computer Science or a related field. Minimum of 10+ years of experience in executing end to end analytics specifically in Digital Analytics/ Web analytics/ social media analytics etc. 4+ years of experience managing a team and guiding them through project planning, data analysis, visualization, story boarding and measurement & tracking KPIs for success Expertise in managing end-to-end analytics projects within the consulting space is mandatory. Skills & Competencies Proficiency in using digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and similar platforms. Experience with SQL, Power BI, Python, or other programming languages used in data analysis. • Strong understanding of data collection, data processing, and data visualization techniques. Ability to interpret complex data sets and extract actionable insights. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and analytically. Ability to quickly identify issues, analyze root causes, and implement effective solutions while tracking and analyzing the performance of various digital marketing campaigns. Strong understanding of business metrics and KPIs, with the ability to translate data into strategic insights that drive business decisions and align digital analytics strategies with business objectives. Strong foresight to anticipate market trends and adapt strategies accordingly, with the ability to align digital initiatives with business goals. Proven experience in leading and developing high-performing teams, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
