In this role at Getfive Advisors Pvt Ltd., you will be responsible for managing marketing and corporate development activities across different zones in the country. As the Manager of Marketing & Corporate Development, you will work closely with regional teams to ensure the timely execution of business development targets and marketing initiatives. Your role will involve aligning regional efforts with central strategies, monitoring marketing performance metrics, and guiding marketing personnel to achieve desired outcomes. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and coordinate with marketing and business development personnel across different zones. - Follow up with regional teams to ensure timely execution of targets and initiatives. - Align regional business development efforts with central strategy for messaging and execution consistency. - Monitor marketing performance metrics, provide feedback, and take corrective actions to achieve targets. - Guide, mentor, and motivate marketing personnel to enhance productivity and outcomes. - Develop and implement the company's marketing and brand strategy, including digital, branding, and offline campaigns. - Manage client acquisition, retention, and relationship-building strategies in coordination with BD teams. - Collaborate with sales, operations, and leadership for cross-functional synergy. - Handle budgeting and resource allocation for marketing activities across regions. - Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and industry developments for proactive strategy adaptation. Qualifications Required: - MBA with a major in Marketing and minor in Finance or Business Development. - 4+ years of progressive experience in marketing and business development. - Proven track record in managing regional teams across multiple zones. - Strong communication, leadership, and follow-up skills. - Experience in corporate banking preferred. - Openness to extensive travel across regions for business development and team coordination.
