Expertise in Allen Bradley PLC Control Logix, HMI programming, SCADA, and electrical systems ensures minimal downtime, root cause analysis, and compliance with safety standards. The role drives TPM methodology, breakdown analysis, and machine life enhancement for reliable Body Shop performance.
Troubleshoot KUKA robots, Allen Bradley PLCs, HMI, SCADA, and electrical systems; perform root cause analysis for spot welding/hemming failures.
Execute preventive health checks, maintenance tasks, and TPM activities to enhance machine life and shop performance.
Monitor breakdowns, conduct analysis, and ensure safety compliance across weld processes and robotic systems.
Hands-on expertise in KUKA robots, Allen Bradley PLC Control Logix, HMI programming, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, weld processes, electrical systems, SCADA, TPM.
Strong root cause analysis, safety adherence, and Body Shop performance optimization skills.
Education: B.E. in Electrical/Mechatronics or related.
Experience: 5-10 years in automotive Body Shop robotics maintenance.
