Manager - Logistics & Demand Planning

As the Logistics & Demand Planning Manager, your role involves leading and managing the demand planning team and the 3PL warehouse to ensure a smooth process from sales demand planning to order shipment and invoicing. You will be responsible for coordinating supply chain activities with partners like warehouses, forwarders, and vendors to meet sales and inventory turnover targets efficiently. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the Logistics & Demand Planning team in executing best practices and measure performance through Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). - Provide training and guidance to employees and transform the sales plan into a demand plan. - Conduct data analysis to improve forecasting and inventory management processes. - Monitor and adjust inventory levels at outside warehouses and internally for rotation and working capital maximization. - Ensure accurate order processing from acceptance to delivery tracking and support ERP system utilization for demand forecasting and lean inventory management. - Collaborate with freight forwarders and transportation companies for optimal routes and rates. - Review and approve all freight terms and agreements and ensure compliance with global standards and group requirements. - Act as a key contact with Sales and customers to achieve business objectives. - Lead the 3PL warehouse team for professional warehouse, inventory, and order shipment management. - Work on standardization, harmonization, and process documentation specific to inbound, outbound, warehouse management, and transportation in collaboration with global Group/divisional processes. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field. - Proven experience in demand planning, logistics, and warehouse management. - Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools. - Excellent communication and leadership abilities. - Knowledge of ERP systems and demand forecasting techniques. - Familiarity with global supply chain standards and compliance requirements.
